As part of our initiatives towards renewable energy, we currently commission and set up a portfolio of wind turbine generators (“WTGs”) located in Maharashtra, India with a combined capacity of 1.8 MW. Some of these assets were originally commissioned by entities that have since amalgamated with our Company, and therefore now form part of our business operations. The windmills, installed on land held by us, continue to remain operational and are managed and maintained by companies engaged in wind energy and the power generated out of it them are currently sold to power supply and distribution companies on a monthly contract basis based on power purchase agreements.
