Leasing

The Company also generates a certain amount of revenue from lease rentals derived from its properties as a part of its business. For example, our Company has implemented a Build-Operate-Transfer Scheme (BoT) in Solapur city, Solapur, Maharashtra from the Solapur Municipal Corporation (SMC) leasing out certain units in such complex as commercial office spaces to various lessees, either on a tripartite basis with SMC or as a direct lease, as per the terms and conditions of the agreement entered into with the SMC and are deriving leasing rental income from such places.
